Solace Tatum: Hello and welcome everyone to the first ever IIW Ice Crown Tournament!!! Where both IIW competitors as well as guests from the professional wrestling world fight their way to become… The 2021/2022 Ice King Or Queen!! I’m First Class General Manager Solace Tatum, and joining me, the new IIW World Champion… Mr. Jonny C!!!

Jonny C: It's an honor to be here with you Solace. I was wondering when you would look to the superior brand in the IIW for some help.

Solace Tatum: They said you would be difficult to work with… wait a minute,, we’re getting word that Shawn Wylde is in the back… Cameras crews are standing by…

Jonny C: Who? I've never heard of that person before.

SEGMENT

Shawn rounds the corner and comes face to face with the Whyte Spyder who was walking in the opposite direction. “I’ve seen you before.” Shawn smirks knowing exactly where.

“That’s funny.” Scarlett replies. “I have no idea who you are.”

“I’m just curious as to why you were let out of prison after your involvement with Starr and One Night Stand.” Shawn shoves past her and continues on his way. “I’ll be sure to let Tommy know you're here.”

“I was manipulated by Starr. He’s the only one who knew where my son was being held. My actions that night were not something I’m proud of but in the long run they meant nothing now that Danny is dead!” Scarlett shouts at Shawn down the hallway.

“Yeah Yeah” Shawn mutters before turning around and shouting back at her. “You were a member of the founding families. You should have held yourself to a higher standard than the rest of them. Your brother became consumed with power when the Left Hand disappeared! You're no better than he was. Tommy will lead the Legacy into the future restoring our organization to what it was before your family got involved.”

Suddenly Scarlett disappears from Shawn's sight around the corner. He runs back to the end of the hall to see Scarlett being dragged down the hall by a familiar face. A face he had also seen somewhere before but was unable to pinpoint in the moment. He turns the corner and rushes towards the two but is blindsided by a Titanium big boot to his forehead. Now flat on his back and fading out of consciousness he mutters the name Joshua Tsabo before Robin leans in over him, her eye glowing brightly.

“Congratulations Shawn you're not a complete failure of a wrestler. Now sleep.” She brings the titanium prosthetic down and stomps on his face twice before he is completely KOd.

Solace Tatum: Well, that’s not good… I recognize that leg anywhere, and I gotta tell you, Jonny, I’m not too happy with the path Robin Vengeance seems to be on after making friends with one Alessia Capello.

Jonny C: When you employ people who have bionic legs you have to assume things will go a bit haywire from time to time. It's not Robin's fault, maybe it's some kind of computer virus or something.

Solace Tatum: Oh, you’re the type to kinda turn a blind eye to the obviously inappropriate behavior, maybe hoping people do the same for you? Whatever the case my be, we’re about to start the tournament off with someone I absolutely consider a rising star in her own right, Ada Pierce… What do you know about her opponent Jonny?

Jonny C: Honestly I don't know much about her opponent other than he has an amazingly distinguished beard and looks to mean business all the time. That's not something I would know anything about. I do know that I'm not a huge fan of you're so-called rising star Ada Pierce. She took out my girl Jamie Riott a few weeks back in a barbed wire match. So in my humble opinion I want to see Wilhem wipe the floor with Ada here tonight.

Solace Tatum: Wow. Can’t believe you just said that… like, for no reason other than liking the dudes beard. Hey, I’m not judging…

The intro cut version of Battle Cry by Little V blasts through the PA system, bringing the fans to their feet as the lights go out in the arena. The song builds and builds, and as Little V’s first line echoes through the arena, a single spotlight hits the top of the ramp, revealing Ada Pierce standing, solid as a rock, with her head bowed down. With the fans cheering and freezing, Ada stands still, her eyes closed, taking in every single cheer from the crowd. It’s when the chorus begins when Ada raises her head, letting out all of her energy and adrenaline with a fiery battle cry before making her way down the ramp with purpose as the spotlight follows her to the ring. As her long blonde hair flows with the wind, Ada takes her time when she reaches the halfway point of the ramp, taking the opportunity to high-five and fist bump several fans. Donning a pair of black foot guards, her hands wrapped in white tape, Ada has seemingly slightly adjusted her ring-gear due to the freezing cold atmosphere of the Ice Crown Tournament. And while it may not have been wise to do so, Ada maintains her white karate gi, a symbol of her beginnings and fighting principles. No stranger to training in the freezing cold and burning heat, Ada doesn’t sweat the atmosphere in the arena. With a motivated and passionate expression on her face, the Karateka wastes no time climbing up to the apron before entering the ring. Pierce has no more time to waste. She’s here to leave everything she’s got in the ring. Awaiting her opponent, Ada sits cross-legged in the middle of the ring as the fans cheer her on.

Solace Tatum: She’s looking great tonight, Jonny, and I don’t want to sound bias here, even though she is one of our First Class rising stars, Ada Pierce has all the tools in her arsenal to take this thing all the way, but what it be enough against this man??

Jonny C: Ada looks like a 12 year old that was just dropped off for karate class by her mother

Solace Tatum: She would kick those sunglasses off your face before you could take off your christmas sweater, buddy.

Jonny C: My Christmas sweater is worth more than that shack you call a house Solace.

“Determined” by Mudvayne starts in. Wilhelm emerges from the back clad in a heavy fur armor-sort of top and woollen pants. His feet and fists are taped, and he certainly looks focused on his way down the ramp, save for it’s like the music was picked by someone else, and the noise makes him cover his ears on his way to the ring. Irked, or annoyed by the crowd, the expression in his eyes is more like a caged animal, than a performer.

Solace Tatum: You may get your wish here tonight, Jonny, Wilhem looks serious here tonight.

Jonny C: I mean the man always looks serious, but he looks ready for battle And that's something I as the IIW men's world champion can appreciate.

Solace Tatum: I can’t believe I have to do this with you for two nights.

Jonny C: We will be the best of friends after this. I have a way of growing on people.

Ada and Wilhelm size one another up, though a clear height and weight advantage favor Wilhelm. Wilhelm attempts to quickly utilize this, lunging for a harm lock-up. Though smaller, Ada uses this to her own advantage, outpacing and maneuvering Screem, ducking the lock-up attempting, locking her leg behind Wilhelms, performing a modified STO, her arm striking Screems torso, the leg sweeping and knocking him down. Wasting little to know time, Ada pops up, performing a standing double stomp to the torso of Wilhelm. Seemingly unaffected by it entirely, Wilhelm shoves Ada off of him, sending her crashing to the mat. The two perform a simultaneous kick-up ala Shawn Michaels. In response the crowd cheers loudly, applauding the quick back and forth.

Solace Tatum: Classic technical contest so far here…. Both competitors look strong here in this freezing cold climate. These fans are really troopers!

Jonny C: That's the first time I agree with you. If I wasn't being paid handsomely to be here I wouldn't be sitting in this freezing cold arena.

Still new to wrestling in front of a crowd, the fan response seems to distract Wilhelm. Ada, in comparison a veteran in the profession, realizes this and charges in for the offense.

Solace Tatum: Caught him off guard!!

Jonny C: Wilhem needs to snap out of it. Ada looks more comfortable for sure.

Zig zagging hastily and positioning herself directly in front of Wilhelm, Ada connects with a lunging jab, a side jab, straight jab, side jab, leg kick, straight jab. A flurry that viewers of First Class have become accustomed to seeing her perform. Wilhelm stumbles backwards, entirely caught off guard, shielding his face to prevent an KO. His bare knuckle boxing background assisting him well. Giving room for no hesitation, Ada hops from the canvas allowing her to reach and connect with a variant of a European Uppercut, one of her signature moves she calls the Dorya! Immediately upon landing, Ada charges the ropes behind her, running back, jumping and raising her leg, perfectly connecting with a Big Boot, much to the surprise of both Wilhelm and the audience. This is enough to fully send Wilhem stumbling back into the ropes. As he comes back, Ada latches to his arm, flipping Wilhelm over with an Arm Drag, thanks to the assisted momentum of the ring ropes. Both go to get back on there feet, but Ada is swifter. Whilhelm is positioned, back to perfectly near the corner. Ada runs and double foot dropkicks Wilhelm fully into the turnbuckles, as he slumps down. Ada lands on her back but rolls through, back to her feet in the opposite turnbuckle. She charges for her signature Winged Karateka-NO! Wilhelm catches her, Exploder Suplex reversal into the turnbuckle, Ada crashing to her head.

Solace Tatum: Oof! This match looks one way and then goes to another without warning!

Jonny C: Ada is all over Wilhem. She is throwing bombs in that ring. I know the bare knuckle background is helping him here so far but how long can he hold up?

Both competitors are laid out, but the entire audience is on their feet, while a chant breaks out.

Solace Tatum: Listen to this crowd! As cold as they are, it is getting hot in here in our opening contest!

Jonny C: If this is any sign of what we have in store for this whole tournament I'm actually excited for it now.

“Holy shit! Holy shit! Holy shit!”

Wilhelm is the first back to his feet, though unbalanced from the onslaught he endured. He saunters over to Ada, grabbing her by the hair, standing her upright. He proceeds to return the favor from before, letting out a multitude of jabs to the gut and torso of Ada. Swift and strong. He takes a step back performs a Running Lifted Knee in the corner. Backing off, letting Ada stumble forward, he grasps her, latching on and letting out a Belly-to-Belly suplex, with so much momentum and force that Ada lands on her back and is bounced back to her feet in the opposite turnbuckle. She stumbles back, Wilhelm see’s a chance and Lariats her, dropping her face first. Wilhelm remembers KO and submissions are not the only way and goes for a pin.

KICK OUT!

Jonny C: Wilhem going for the pin way to early come on.

Wilhelm sits back in disbelief, standing up and looking towards the ref to question if that had actually not been a 3 count. Ada, not talking with the ref, though hurt, makes her way to her feet. She has a slight sway to her step. Wilhelm turns, surprised that Ada is back to her feet already. In that momentary lapse of concentration from Wilhelm, Ada fakes a low kick before nearly decapitating her opponent with a spinning Skull Kick. Wilhelm collapses to a knee and HEEL KICK to the back of Wilhelms head. He crashes down, Ada pounces on him for the pinfall.

3!!!

Solace Tatum: So much for ‘too early!’ Ada wins it and advances to the second night! YOU GO GIRL!!!

Jonny C: Keep it in your pants Solace. Ada was impressive here tonight though and definitely deserved this win.

Winner via pinfall and advancing to the next round...

ADA PIERCE!

Solace Tatum: Well, that was a helluva opening match and so much has already happened here tonight… but we are, again, just getting going here, Jonny…

Jonny C: I will admit I'm enjoying this more than I thought I would. The only issue I have so far is having to sit next to you.

Solace Tatum: Such a gentleman, Jonny.

Jonny C: I prefer champion.

Solace Tatum: For now… anyway, that music means one thing!! XWF’s Shawn Wylde!!!

Jonny C: I'm excited to see what Shawn has.

Arachnophilia hits the speakers and the lights dim to a purple hue. A spotlight hits the top of the stadium where Shawn is perched in a web. Strobes begin to flash and Shawn leaps towards the ring. A zip line carries him from the top of the Arena till he is roughly ten feet in the air and drops from the line into the center of the ring and blasts of Pyro go off from the four corners. The polished armor he wears engraved with spider webs glimmers in the light. He runs to the ropes climbing to the middle raising both hands in the air and Shouting Woooh! as a pyro curtain showers behind him. Half of the Stadium Erupts as the fans respond by raising both arms back and responding with a deafening Woooh! He then slides out of the ring and begins unequipping the armor in preparation for the match. High fiving several fans up against the barricade then sliding back into the ring and perching himself in a squat on the top rope and awaiting his opponents.

Solace Tatum: They say he has worn the mask since his backyard wrestling days… 20 years later, he’s here with us in the Ice Crown Tournament… but his opponent needs no mask… and has connections to the Mayhem side of things, if i’m correct.

Jonny C: WOW. That's an entrance, I love it. Yes, Zach has connections to Anthony Phoenix. Anthony and I go way back. The Phoenix family grows and I'm looking forward to see if Zachary can outshine Anthony here tonight.

Solace Tatum: Speaking of IIW connections, your own son will be competing here later tonight! Are you just so proud?

Jonny C: My demon seed. No, I'm not proud at all. I am embarrassed to even be mentioned in the same breath as Curtis

Never Gonna Stop The Red, Red Groovy edit by Rob Zombie begins to play as out walks Zachary Phoenix with dark shades, a red and silver floor length coat and his wrestling gear, He half acknowledges the fans as he walks towards the ring. Once in the ring area Zachary slides into the ring under the bottom rope. He crawls towards the center, looks around and then stands up. Zachary smiles at the crowd as he raises his arms up. Zachary walks over to the far turnbuckle as the music ends, he then takes off his coat readying for his opponent

The ref calls for the bell. Shawn Wylde runs across the ring hitting a huge big boot. Zachary Phoenix goes down hard. Wylde makes the pin.

Jonny C: Wylde is coming out the gate strong here. Trying to make quick work of Phoenix.

Solace Tatum: But will it be enough??

1...2...KICKOUT

Wylde stands up while picking up Phoenix. He whips him into the corner. Wylde climbs to the second rope and begins reigning down punches into the head of Phoenix. Wylde jumps down grabs the head oh Phoenix then jumps hitting a tornado DDT. Wylde goes for the pin again. The ref slides down to make the count.

1...2...KICKOUT

Solace Tatum: He’s quick against the Phoenix brother, but Phoenix just isn’t that light to work with!

Jonny C: If I know anything about the Phoenix family is that there is no quit in either one of them.

Wylde looks at the ref than just nods. He stands up. Wylde grabs the hair of Phoenix picking him up but Phoenix smacks his arms away. Phoenix pushes Wylde hard than follows, hitting 2 elbows to the side of Wyldes head. Phoenix kicks Wylde in the gut then hits a DDT. Phoenix jumps to his feet then climbs to the top rope. Phoenix gumos off with a frog splash but Wylde gets his knees up. Phoenix lands hard on Wyldes knees then grabs his ribs rolling out of the ring. Wylde gets to his feet then goes to the top rope. Phoenix is on the outside of the ring slowly getting to his feet. As soon as he is up Wylde dives off the top rope to the outside. Wylde connects with a huge crossbody. Phoenix goes down hard. Wylde rolls off Phoenix, grabbing him and rolling him into the ring. Wylde follows under the bottom rope. Wylde grabs Phoenix standing him up then hits a spinning heel kick. Phoenix goes down hard again. Wylde climbs to the top rope. Ge pauses looking around the freezing cold arena. He jumps off connecting with Aracnaphobia a huge 450 splash. Wylde makes the pin. The ref slides down to make the count.

1...2...3

Solace Tatum: He finally keeps Phoenix down for the count!!!!

Jonny C: He stayed on him and didn't let Phoenix get almost anything offense wise. Well played by Shawn Wylde.

Wylde pops to his feet holding his lower stomach with one arm and the other held up by the referee.

Winner: Shawn Wylde!

Solace Tatum: We are ready for our next match up… and I must say, Kelsey Frost is an up-and-comer that I have had my eye on since becoming GM.

Jonny C: Frost is definitely a name to watch. She said a lot of things that piqued my interest. Now we just need to see if she can backup all that talk.

Broken Pieces Shine begins to play over the PA System, as Kelsey slowly makes her way out to the ring, wearing an icy blue jacket over her body and staring out at the crowd, a warm smile across her face. Extending her arms out, the lights turn into an icy blue and white hue as she begins to make her way down the ramp, the hairs on her sticking up due to the climate. About halfway up the ramp, she makes a cut symbol with her hands, leaping into the air thrice before continuing her walk. Reaching the ring, she rolls in before tossing her jacket to an attendant at ring side.

"I've got sunshine in my pocket, I'm just right here in my zone
I've got Sade in my tape deck, I'm just movin' right along
All these haters really love me, they just pretend that they don't
'Cause I've got sunshine in my pocket, I'm just right here in my zone
In my zone"

Smoke dispersed from the stage as "In My Zone" by Rittz blasts throughout the PA System as Brandon Hendrix bursts through the curtains to seeing a sold out crowd at the event, and he can't help but smirk at the sight in front of him. The females in the crowd sending love and positive reactions towards Brandon while the men send boos and borderline non PG comments towards Hendrix. Brandon nods his head at the crowd before throwing both his arms to the side, smoke coming up behind him as he yells, getting a louder reaction from the crowd.

Solace Tatum: Speaking of First Class GMs… look who it is!!

Jonny C: Look at you Solace. Going for the low hanging fruit. Yes Hendrix really screwed the pooch on that one didn't he.

Solace Tatum: I’m just glad he’s back home where he belongs. Here in the IIW. Will he be able to topple the newcomer here tonight? Let’s take it to the ring…

Jonny C: That makes one of us.

Solace Tatum: Isn’t there a nice bone in your body, Jonny?

Jonny C: Nope, and it's inappropriate to talk about my bone Solace. Act like a lady

Solace Tatum: Ugh, you are deplorable.

"He hails from San Antonio, Texas, he weighs in tonight at two hundred and thirty seven pounds, he is The Don, The Messiah, The Prodigal Son, Wrestling's Best Kept Secret, Based God, he is…. BRANDON….. HEEEEEENNNNNDRRIIXXX!"

Brandon lowers his arms down before rotating his shoulder blades, staring down his opponent in the ring. He smirks again before stepping forward and starts his walk down to the ring. The fans reaching out for high fives catch his arms, but don't get a high-five from Brandon. He makes his way up the steel steps before standing on the apron. He jumps over the top rope and lands on the mat before walking up to his opponent, looking down at them as he smirks again before climbing the middle ropes, placing one foot on the top rope before letting out another yell, gaining another loud reaction from the fans before dropping to the mat below. The song ends as Brandon grabs the top rope and uses it to stretch before leaning into his corner, waiting for the bell to ring.

Solace Tatum: Kelsey Frost truly living up to her name here, standing in the blistering cold, as if it’s nothing at all to her…

Jonny C: With a name like Frost even if she was cold she couldn't sell it.

Solace Tatum: Maybe, I’ll ask Bob Mitchell for Jake to do the second night…

Jonny C: Oh that's how it's going to be Solace, time to take the gloves off. Even retired, good luck getting him to show up.

Kelsey Frost and Brandon Hendrix are standing across the ring ready for action. The ref calls for the bell. Brandon fires across the ring throwing a clothesline but Kelsey ducks it. Frost spins Hendrix around then whips him to the ropes. Hendrix hits the ropes and runs back at Frost who jumps hitting a drop kick. Hendrix falls back into the corner. Frost runs at Hendrix attempting to hit a clothesline but Hendrix gets a foot up hitting Frost in the face. Frost stumbles back a bit but shakes it off. Hendrix walks forward pressing his forehead to Frosts. Both of them are yelling at each other. They lock up, and Hendrix spins out looking for an arm drag but Frost is able to stand tall, stopping it. Frost spins back into a lock up. Frost locks Hendrix in with a headlock and racks it a few times. Hendrix wraps his arms around the waist of Frost attempting a belly to back suplex. Frost kicks her legs forcing Hendrix to place her back down. Hendrix elbows Frost in the back then pushes her hard into the ropes. Brandon again grabs the waist of Frost going for a German suplex but Frost holds the ropes. Hendrix rolls backwards getting immediately to his feet as frost turns around. They square off as the fans go nuts for them. Hendrix smiles then moves forward kicking Frost in the stomach. Frost leans forward as Brandon drops a forearm to her back. Frost drops to one knee. Hendrix picks her up hitting a Russian leg sweep. Hendrix stands up immediately picking up Frost. He spins her around, grabs her around the waist and hits a German suplex. Hendrix makes the cover. The ref slides down to count.

1…...KICKOUT.

Solace Tatum: That’s certainly not going to be enough…

Jonny C: Absolutely not. They have been able to match each other step for step so far. That was a very cocky move to go for the pin like that.

Solace Tatum: It’s possible that he wants what everyone else here wants… the win, and you should know better than anyone Jonny, even kicking out of a pin only serves to measure just what’s working and what is not.

Jonny C: Getting the win is definitely your strong suit isn't it Solace? Explain to all of us why you don't wrestle anymore.

Solace Tatum: …I pinned Jolie… often… until 1 kick out turned into a 3.

Jonny C: That's what she said…..What's going on over there in First class?

Solace Tatum: Ugh! Can we just get back to calling this match?

Jonny C: If you insist but I want to hear more about you and Vexx pinning each other later.

Hendrix glares at the ref then punches the ring mat. He stands up grabbing Frost by the hair. As he is standing Frost up she smacks his arms away then rakes his eyes. She immediately hip tosses Hendrix; he hits hard but gets right back up. Frost doesn't let up and immediately grabs Hendrix kicking him in the gut then planting him with a ddt. Frost stands up, grabs the top rope and kicks Hendrix to the outside of the ring. Frost plays to the crowd a bit. Hendrix is beginning to get to his feet. Frost runs across the ring diving through the middle rope but Hendrix sidesteps causing Frost to hit the guardrail.

Solace Tatum: I can guarantee you a double count out isn’t going to benefit either of these two competitors.

Jonny C: No but you can do some real damage outside of the ring.

1...2...3…

Hendrix stomps Frost a few times.

4...5...6..

Hendrix rolls under the bottom rope breaking the count then rolls back out. Hendrix picks up Frost and whips her into the ring stairs.

Jonny C: See Hendrix knows what's up.

1...2...3...4

Hendrix grabs Frost standing her up and rolls her back into the ring. Hendrix climbs to the ring apron and steps through the ropes into the ring. Hendrix steps back into the corner relaxing for a second waiting for Frost to get to her feet. Frost begins to get up as she is getting to her feet Hendrix runs across the ring hitting a huge big boot. Hendrix immediately goes for the cover. The ref slides down to make the count.

1...2...KICKOUT

Solace Tatum: Another close one!

Jonny C: Hendrix tried to take her head off.

Hendrix is beside himself. He stands up yelling at the ref. He is holding up 3 fingers in the ref's face. He turns around and goes to pick up Frost but Frost is able to drive her elbow into the gut of Hendrix. Frost slips under his arm grabbing the back of Hendrix's neck hitting a neck breaker. Frost is slow but gets to her feet first. She grabs the leg of Hendrix. Frost rolls Hendrix over then locks in an ankle lock. Hendrix is screaming as the ref slides down to see if he gives up. Hendrix keeps yelling no but is in visible pain. Hendrix begins pulling himself closer to the ropes, little by little he is getting closer. He reaches out grabbing the bottom rope. Frost breaks the hold. Frost picks up Hendrix grabbing his head under her arm. Frost runs and jumps off the second turnbuckle spinning hitting a bulldog on Hendrix. Frost immediately goes for the pin. The ref slides down.

Solace Tatum: THIS COULD BE IT!!!

Jonny C: HUGE BULLDOG

1...2...KICKOUT

Frost stands up looking frustrated. She backs up to the corner resting a bit. Hendrix is slowly beginning to stir and get to his feet. Frost calls for Bridled rage, she picks up Hendrix and lifts him up but he slides down her back. Hendrix kicks the back of Frost's knee then grabs her head planting her with a scorpion death drop. Both people are down on the mat. Hendrix using the ropes slowly gets to his feet. When he stands up he is using the top rope to rest. Frost gets to her feet and sneaks up behind Hendrix spins him grabbing him hitting a belly to belly suplex. Frost stands up running her thumb across her throat. She picks up Hendrix and lifts him up then hits Bridaled Rage. She hooks his leg for the cover. The ref slides down.

Solace Tatum: He can’t get up from this… there’s no way!!

1...2...3

Jonny C: For the first time tonight you are right. Hendrix fell victim to Bridaled Rage. Kelsey Frost was able to live up to all that hype.

Frost jumps up with her hands in the air. The ref grabs one of her arms holding it up pointing to her.

Winner: Kelsey Frost!

BOTH COMPETITORS ELIMINATED. KELSEY FROST RECEIVES A BYE IN THE QUARTER-FINALS

Solace Tatum: Awww, its time for your boy! Are you going to go give him a pep talk, tell him you love him???

Jonny C: The only thing I want to tell Curtis is to kill himself.

Solace Tatum: We want to make sure our fans know that the IIW or FC, or Solace Tatum do NOT condone Jonny C’s toxic commentary here tonight…

Jonny C: Thank you for clearing that up for everyone. It's the holidays fighting with your family is bound to happen. Even if you don't claim them as your own. Actually let me show you what I just bought myself today

Solace Tatum: Oh no, please don’t…

Jonny stands up unzipping his jacket revealing a Terry Marshall t-shirt

Solace Tatum: Do you, like… have a bottom?

Jonny C: YOU'RE A BOTTOM.

Don't worry, be happy hits the PA system as the arena lights flash gold. Curtis steps through the curtain onto the ramp. Curtis has a jacket on with the hood up. He rubs his hands together saying wow it's cold in here. He smiles at all the fans while waving to them. He walks down the ramp high fiving fans and signing autographs. He walks up the ring steps and gets into the ring. He takes his jacket off then drops it over the top rope to the outside. He begins to stretch as he waits for his opponent.

Solace Tatum: Love the music, love the energy, don’t like the lineage… but Curtis, I’m loving your style!

Jonny C: The only good thing about Curtis is my blood running through his veins.

Solace Tatum: Funny, I was thinking that was the only bad thing about Curtis.

Jonny C: A champion's pedigree.

*Thunderstruck by AC/DC begins to play over the PA and even in their cold state the fans feel their blood and adrenaline start pumping as “Thundering” Terry Marshall steps out onto the entrance way. Marshall has a giant fur coat on, and he tosses it off revealing his massive arms in his cut off “Thunderamania” t-shirt.

Solace Tatum: Don’t call it a comeback!

Jonny C: I call it a landing of sorts. Get it…...He is from space.

Solace Tatum: I’m just going to ignore that and tell those watching that despite Terry Marshall’s age, he has more conviction than ever… and with the Ice Crown at the end of this tournament, he is beyond ready to reclaim his former glory… and it’ll be out of this world… get it? He’s…

Jonny C: How dare you ignore my space joke than make one of your own. I need a better agent.

Solace Tatum: You need better jokes… aren’t you supposed to be a Dad?

Jonny C: I make no claim to that boy. If I had my way we would have called him Old Yeller. I will leave it at that so you don't need to make another PSA.

Solace Tatum: Whatever you say, Champ. Listen to this crowd…

Jonny C: What's not to like about Terry Marshall?

Marshall takes in the cheers of the crowd and mouths the words “thank you” and then points at the fans around the arena before pointing directly at the ring. Marshall marches to the ring, high fiving fans, shaking hands, and kissing babies. Once he makes it to the ring, Marshall climbs the steps and steps into the ring where he grabs his shirt and rips it off and throws it into the crowd where fans fight for it like desperate bridesmaids fight for the bouquet at a wedding.

Solace Tatum: It’s hard to know who is the bigger fan favorite here tonight.

Jonny C: Sadly I must agree. Both men seem to be loved by the fans. Mindless fools they are.

Solace Tatum: Yoda? Really?

Jonny C: Absolutely. I really loved when he was so tired of answering questions that he just died.

Solace Tatum: I feel like by the end of night two, I will have suffered a similar fate.

Jonny C: One can hope.

Marshall begins posing, because Marshall must pose. I mean seriously he must, it is in his contract. The crowd cheers and Marshall cups his hand to his ear and moves around each side of the ring causing the fans to cheer louder at each side. Finally with a big smile Marshall points at the crowd slowly circling the arena and then hits a big front double bicep pose as the music fades out.

As soon as the music fades, Curtis walks toward the center of the ring, a broad smile across his face and his right hand outstretched with an open palm. His eyes widening as he looks at Terry, who is still flexing his biceps and has only just now turned and seeing the younger superstar's outstretched hand. Casting a glance out to the crowd, they cheer in support of the gesture before Terry extends his own right hand, nodding at Curtis who clasps it and completes the handshake as the two give one another dimpled smiles as they maintain eye contact before breaking away and heading back to their respective corners, the smiles still plastered upon their faces. Turning toward the timekeeper's area, the referee motions with his left hand for the bell to be rung.

DING DING DING

Solace Tatum: And this match is officially underway!

Jonny C: This is a damn wrestling match. Enough of this happy go lucky handshaking. Makes me sick.

Solace Tatum: Look, I know you’re bitter because it took so long for you to win that belt, but some people, like myself, believe in sportsmanship.

Jonny C: Overrated.

Solace Tatum: Oh, I thought it was the belt… but being overrated is a good reason to be bitter as well. Anyway… this is truly a match of young vs. old, but who will advance into the second round of the Ice Crown Tournament???

Terry and Curtis circle one another, extending their respective right hands extended out with elbows bent out and staring with narrowed eyes at the other, yet remaining about three feet from one another. Continuing to circle around one another, Curtis then lunges in, looking for a single leg takedown, only for Terry to take a step back and glance downward, shaking his head at the young upstart. Curtis does follow up however by managing to wrap his arms around the waist as he reacquires a vertical base, before lifting him up for a belly to belly suplex, transitioning into a grounded side headlock once the two men land, wrenching it in as Terry attempts to pull his arm away from his neck, feeling his face slowly begin to drain of life.

Solace Tatum: Technical showcasing here from Curtis.

Jonny C: Nothing Flashy but effective nonetheless.

Solace Tatum: I will give you a dollar if you can come up with one nice thing to say about your child!

Jonny C: I'll give you $1000 to never ask me that again.

Thrusting his fist into Curtis's abdominal region thrice, he is able to obtain enough wriggle room in order to slide his head through Curtis's arm, before using his legs to apply a grounded body scissors to his opponent's body, constructing his blood flow and causing staggered, deep breaths from the younger superstar before he sits up and attempts to apply a rear naked choke. Curtis however, swings his right elbow, then his left elbow back, with both shots connecting on the elder statesman's jaw, causing his own grip to slightly loosen and enabling Curtis to kip up to his feet. Waiting for Terry to stand, he smiles and gives his opponent a look of encouragement as Marshall manages to stand up, resuming the impasse they had been at.

Solace Tatum: What a class act! The apple fell far from this tree it seems.

Jonny C: He lacks that killer instinct. Sure it's a nice thing to do but if Curtis loses here tonight this could be the reason. Never let off the gas.

Extending his right hand, Curtis offers Terry a test of strength, which the muscular persona eagerly accepts, the two placing their left legs forward as they raise their left hand in Curtis's case and right hand in Terry's case, clasping them within one another as the two push against the other, their feet planted firmly on the ground. Leaning into Curtis's body, Terry is able to gain leverage and uses it to transition into a side headlock of his own, though Curtis is able to push him off and cause him to head toward the northern ropes. Managing to stop ahead of them, Terry turns around and smiles. Impressed by what he has seen from this spring chicken so far. Rushing toward his opponent, Curtis extends his right arm out by his side, connecting with a clothesline that sends Terry staggering toward the ropes, before leaping into the air and falling backwards, extending his legs with a dropkick to knock his foe down to the mat as he kips up.

Solace Tatum: What a move!

Jonny C: For his size that man can move very gracefully.

Smiling, he bends over, reaching down and clasping Terry's right hand with his left hand, before lifting him up and helping him to his feet. He then grabs Terry's wrist with his right hand, before whipping him toward the opposite side of the ring, making his way to the center of the ring and bending down. Just as Terry returns to where he is now standing, he manages to use his hands to control Terry's hips before standing and sending Terry overhead with a back body drop. Causing Marshall to contort his face into an expression of pain as he hits the canvas. Turning to face Terry, Curtis looks at him once more, this time with widened eyes before walking over to him and falling downward, turning his body one hundred and eighty degrees in the process and bending his elbow to connect with an elbow drop to the dead center of Terry's ribcage, causing him to cough due to the force of the elbow.

Solace Tatum: I don’t know, Jonny… I don’t know if Terry can possibly go on too much longer.

Jonny C: COME ON TERRY POWER THROUGH THIS.

Lifting Terry up by his right hand, Curtis sends him back down to the canvas with another clothesline, before this time grabbing Terry's right leg and pulling it upward, before delivering a sharp kick to his hamstring. Maintaining control of the leg, Curtis delivers a second kick, causing Terry to wince and his face to retain the pained expression before Curtis hooks his arm around the leg and falls backwards as if he were hitting a DDT, causing a sharp pain to begin running down Terry's leg and to the rest of his body. Standing up once more, Curtis then drops down into a lateral press pin.

Solace Tatum: Three— NO!

Terry manages to military press Curtis off him, sending him in the direction of the ropes on the eastern side of the ring, and a loud thud to be heard when Curtis hits the mat. Slowly making his way up, Terry manages to maintain his balance, though Curtis has already risen and now drops down, using his legs to deliver a drop toe hold and send the space traveler down to the mat face first. Positioning his legs on either side of Marshall, Curtis bends over, looking for a camel clutch, but Terry is able to slide his body far enough forward so that Curtis cannot apply the hold before managing to reach out and clasp the ropes closest to him, using them to help himself to his feet.

Solace Tatum: What a hard fought battle this has been thus far!

Jonny C: It really has been. Both men are giving it their all.

When he turns around, however, Curtis delivers a front kick to the stomach, before wrapping his arm around his head and dropping him to the mat with a DDT. This time, Curtis instantly lifts Terry up as he himself stands, before turning him so that the two are facing one another. Delivering a sharp punch to Marshall's jaw, Curtis receives a punch in return, before delivering a second one. Repeating the process, Terry delivers a second punch, before Curtis drops him with a spinning heel kick that causes Terry's eyes to widen as he drops to the canvas and Curtis scurries on top of him for the pin.

Terry raises his left shoulder off the mat, causing Curtis to look down at him, yet with a warm smile and slightly trembling chin. Standing, he looks down and measures Terry, landing with a pointed knee drop to the chest before attempting another pin.

Solace Tatum: This could be it!! NO!!!! Another close count!

Terry raises his left shoulder off the mat again, as Curtis stands up once more, this time stepping back and allowing the elder space traveling wrestler to stand and extending his right hand out. Offering him a handshake again, chin trembling and wide smile across his face. Glancing at him, Terry poses, seemingly confused by the offer before extending his left hand and shaking firmly, pulling away before Curtis can do anything, the crowd cheering this interaction. Curtis simply grasps Terry's right arm with his left hand this time, Irish whipping him toward the southern ropes and making his way toward the center of the ring, though Terry hooks his arms around the top rope when he reaches it, preventing Curtis from being able to attempt another back body drop, whilst Curtis,

Solace Tatum: Wise move, he’s using his defensive tactics by the book here, Jonny!

Jonny C: The best defense is a good offense.

unaware of this, leaps into the air and falls backwards onto the canvas. His dropkick connects with nothing but air. It is then that Terry, limping due to the pain in his right leg, makes his way over to Curtis, nailing him with a fist drop that causes him to slightly squirm in pain. Standing, Terry lifts Curtis up and drops him to the mat with a scoop slam, before following that up by running to the western side of the ropes, bouncing off them and connecting with a leg drop to the chest, remaining seated for the pin.

Solace Tatum: Dear god! How much longer can these two go on!!

Jonny C: For real.

Curtis raises his right shoulder off the mat, as Terry stands up. Slowly rising after him, Curtis connects with an uppercut to the jaw to force Terry to stumble backward and allow him to fully reach a vertical base, before ducking under an errant Marshall clothesline and wrapping his arm around the back of his head before sweeping his opponent's left leg with his right and falling backwards with the Russian leg sweep. A round thud is heard as the ring vibrates upon both of them making impact with the canvas. Rising as pain starts to cause him to wince,

Curtis then turns Terry onto his stomach and turns so that his back is facing his head before clasping his legs and lifting them up into a Boston crab. Strain begins to appear across The Thundering One's face, he attempts to push himself up, though Curtis responds by sitting down, torquing back on the hold and causing Terry to slowly but surely crawl his way to the ropes with Curtis's weight atop him. Eventually, he is able to clasp the bottom rope with his right hand, causing Curtis to immediately relinquish the hold once he is informed by the referee. Backing away, Curtis turns, his face beginning to flash as he notices Terry rising with the aid of the ropes before taking a step forward, only to be floored by a elbow smash to the right hand side of his temple, as Curtis positions himself for, and hits a standing moonsault into a pin.

Jonny C: THAT'S IT TERRY.

Terry lifts his right shoulder up, this time causing Curtis to glance in the referee's direction. Shaking his head and with crinkled eyes. He soon turns his attention back to Terry and lifts him up, Irish whipping him into the North-Western turnbuckle before following him in with a body avalanche to sandwich the space master between his own chest and the turnbuckle padding. Turning his back to Terry, Curtis reaches behind him and grabs his head, dropping down with a neckbreaker, before scampering into a cover.

Solace Tatum: Another case of Modern vs. Vintage as we get set to see Ethan Rivers take on Teddy Shaw…

The Devil Wears Pradas "Big Wiggly Style" erupts. The icy cold tone of a crash cymbal being smashed twice in quick succession rings through the arenas PA system before instantly being followed with an orchestral tantrum of sound. From the stage emerges one Ethan Rivers, a bit cold. His outfit reflects this, as a sporty winter jacket is on, his neck engulfed in a scarf, and a winter tuque sits atop his head. Rather than giving any posing or time, Ethan, in a fit of discomfort, storms down to the ring. As he reaches the front of it, he hops to the outside of the apron, clutching the middle rope, as he scuffs his shoes on the apron, in some strange sign of respect to the ring itself. He enters and finds a corner to lean into.

Solace Tatum: Ethan Rivers is still considered new to the IIW, probably about as new as I am now that I mention it.

Jonny C: Rivers is newer, yes but he is someone I'm keeping my eyes on. He is going to be a big deal

The bluesy guitar line and drumstick tapping of “La Grange” by ZZ Top teases the arrival of a wrestling legend as the bundled-up crowd erupts into cheers, their shouting breaths sending clouds of warm mist into the air, quickly swept away by the cold winds from the fans. As the drum fill sends the song into full swing “The Big Draw” Teddy Shaw emerges from the entrance with outstretched arms as the fans roar louder. Daisy Shaw follows in two behind Teddy who is already pointing to the crowd, nodding and smiling as he switches back and forth between yelling “I’m back baby,” and “I’ve missed you so much!” This continues down the ramp until he finally takes a few running strides and slides under the bottom rope into the ring. He stands to his feet and wraps his arms tight to his body, mimicking a shivering gesture before bursting into laughter, striking a confident pose and pretending to lower a crown up and down upon his head.

Solace Tatum: Tonight has been amazing thus far, but something tells me these two are about to burn the house down!

Jonny C: They absolutely could.

Rivers starts to prowl, looking to attack but Shaw turns and shakes a finger at him. The bell rings and the two men circle one another and then lock up. Shaw is able to put Rivers into a tight hammerlock. Rivers reverses it and locks Shaw’s wrist behind his back. With his free hand, Shaw reaches back and grabs onto Rivers’ head while running them to the ropes. Rivers tries to lift Shaw up to toss him over the ropes but Shaw gracefully runs up the second and third rope before hopping up and over Rivers’ head and behind him.

Solace Tatum: Evasive maneuver… something we’re seeing a lot of here from Teddy Shaw.

Jonny C: Maneuver…...who are you?

The crowd pops at the masterful display while Rivers growls and throws a spinning back fist. It almost lands but Shaw narrowly avoids it before taking Rivers down with a snapmare takedown. Shaw bounces off the ropes and goes for a low drop kick but Rivers rolls out of the way. He gets up and goes for a big clothesline but Shaw ducks underneath it and runs to the ropes. Rivers turns and follows him and as Shaw bounces off the ropes Rivers catches him by surprise with a running lifted knee that takes him down. Rivers turns and throws his arms up to a chorus of boos.

Solace Tatum: They don’t like that, Jonny!

Jonny C: Than he is doing something right.

Rivers stomps on Shaw a few times before dropping down and applying a rear headlock. Shaw starts to slam his foot a few times on the mat as the crowd begins to rally for him. Slowly Shaw starts to get up but then Rivers transitions to a side headlock takeover. He holds Shaw back down again as the crowd continues to try and will the fan favorite back to his feet. Once again, Shaw slowly starts to pull himself up. Rivers tries to add more pressure but Shaw throws an elbow. And another. The crowd goes wild as Shaw breaks free with a third elbow.

Solace Tatum: What we saw between Curtis and Marshall, we are NOT seeing here between these two men…

Jonny C: As we shouldn't. This is a contest of skill.

Rivers goes for a punch but Shaw blocks it and then hits Rivers instead. He decks him a few more times and then hits a loud cross chop to the chest. Rivers stumbles back and Shaw hits another cross chop. He runs and bounces off the ropes but as he comes back Rivers kicks him in the stomach to stop his momentum dead. Rivers pulls the doubled over Shaw in and then hits a big gutwrench suplex. Rivers hooks one of Shaw’s legs for the cover.

Solace Tatum: Th..NO! Kick out by Shaw!

Jonny C: Man that was close. Shaw dug deep for that kickout.

Rivers leans on his knees and looks over at the referee in frustration. He gets up and drags Shaw back to his feet. Rivers Irish whips Shaw with force and sends him crashing into the corner hard. Rivers follows up with a running clothesline but Shaw lifts both knees up and Rivers slams into them then stumbles back in pain. Shaw hops up to the top rope and then sails off immediately, taking out Rivers with a beautiful double leg missile kick. This time it is Shaw making the cover on Rivers.

Solace Tatum: Kick out by Rivers!

Jonny C: WOW. Both men want this win and are giving it their best. Got to respect that.

Shaw gets back up and brings Rivers with him. He goes for a German suplex but Rivers stops him with a back elbow to the jaw. Shaw stumbles back and Rivers spins and goes for a clothesline. Shaw counters by hauling Rivers up and hitting an atomic drop. Shaw pumps his fist and then races to the ropes. He bounces off and leaps in the air for a flying clothesline, connecting and taking Rivers off his feet. Shaw kips up back to his feet and points to the corner while the crowd cheers him on.

Solace Tatum: This match, this tournament means everything to Shaw… this is how he can prove to himself, not anyone else, Jonny, just prove to himself that he still has it.

Jonny C: He has proved that so far tonight. I'm very impressed by both of these men. They are leaving it all in the ring.

Shaw walks over and climbs back up to the top rope while the crowd buzzes. He turns around, steadies himself and then leaps off with a moonsault. He comes down right as Rivers gets his knees up. Shaw crashes on top of them and then rolls around clutching his ribs in pain. He struggles to pull himself back up with the help of the ropes while Rivers stalks over to him. Shaw gets up and Rivers grabs hold of him and hits a big back breaker while Shaw yells out in pain. Rivers with another pin attempt.

Solace Tatum: Kick out by Shaw!

Jonny C: HOW???

Rivers gets back to his feet and mocks the unsettled crowd while Shaw holds his back in clear pain. He crawls to the ropes to pull himself up but Rivers follows him and then stomps on his back. The crowd boos as Rivers kicks Shaw in the back again before dropping down into a modified camel clutch, wrenching at his back. Shaw hollers out in agony while Rivers bends him in a way no full grown man should stretch. Shaw claws at the mat and reaches for the ropes but Rivers cranes him back.

Solace Tatum: Rivers has no mercy or respect for his elders.

Jonny C: Why would he? He wants to move on in this tournament. Win by any means I always say.

As Shaw cries out in severe pain he grabs at Rivers’ hands and tries to free himself. Rivers has to reposition himself and out of desperation Shaw wills himself forward enough he is able to grab hold of the ropes at last. The referee argues with Rivers for a moment as he refuses to break the hold but finally he complies. Rivers gives him no time to recover and drags him up. He lifts Shaw up into a powerbomb position and runs to the corner but Shaw manages to slip down behind and roll him up instead.

Kick out by Rivers!

Solace Tatum: No matter what Shaw does, it’s never enough to stop rivers!

Jonny C: Rivers wants the win in a big way and it shows.

Shaw starts to get up but Rivers is quicker to his feet. He quickly throws a stiff kick but Shaw manages to catch the leg. He pulls Rivers in and hits a beautiful T-bone suplex out of nowhere. Rivers lays on his back stunned while Shaw is getting back to his feet. Shaw slowly starts to clap his hands while the crowd immediately gets behind him, clapping along with Shaw. Rivers starts to pull himself up and Shaw goes for a fame asser but Rivers counters and Shaw gets tangled in the middle rope.

Solace Tatum: Everytime Shaw gets any momentum, Rivers shuts it down!

Rivers rams a forearm hard into the back of Shaw’s head and then grabs him and pulls him free from the ropes. Rivers drops Shaw with a neck breaker. Rivers pulls himself back up and heads out to the ring apron on the outside of the ropes. Shaw struggles to pull himself up as Rivers steadies himself. He pulls on the ropes and springboards himself towards Shaw. Rivers comes flying down but Shaw catches him with a superkick that nearly decapitates Rivers. The crowd pop huge as Shaw rolls over and makes the cover.

Solace Tatum: My heart just STOPPED! I thought that was it!

Jonny C: Can we get a replay on that. That was freaking close. Rivers is a mad man I love it.

Rivers somehow gets a shoulder up just before the three count! The crowd can’t believe it and neither can Shaw as he can barely pull himself up. He slams his hands on the mat and yells at Rivers to get up. Shaw impatiently grabs him and hauls him up then goes for the Texas Sunset but Rivers reverses it into an arm strap STO to take Shaw down. Rivers hooks both legs for the obnoxious cover.

Thr…NO!!!

Solace Tatum: Kick out by Shaw! This could be a match of the year candidate, Jonny!

Jonny C: It's and amazing match I agree but match of the year No it's not. Jake and I take that Crown thank you.

Rivers rolls over and glares at the referee in disbelief. He slams his hand on the mat three times to show him how it is done while the crowd start to chant for Shaw who stirs. Rivers gets up and grabs Shaw, hauling him up for a big power slam but Shaw slides out behind him. He bounces off the ropes for momentum but misses with a running clothesline. He turns back around and Rivers levels him with a running European uppercut. Shaw hits the mat in a heap while Rivers walks over to the ropes.

Solace Tatum: He is so disrespectful! As if having the upperhand isn’t enough, he has to showboat on top of it.

Jonny C: I'll allow it and encourage it.

After a few words with the ravenous crowd, Rivers once again steps out onto the apron. Shaw struggles to get back up, holding his back in pain. Rivers launches himself once again with the ropes and Shaw tries to set up a counter but is slowed down by his damaged back. Rivers comes off the ropes with a springboard and connects on Shaw with the Glimmering Warlock. The crowd gasps at the sudden impact of the finisher while Rivers makes another cover.

Solace Tatum: No… No…

Winner by Pinfall, Ethan Rivers!!!

Solace Tatum: He gave it his all… but in the end, Ethan Rivers was too much for Teddy Shaw to overcome.

Jonny C: Rivers wanted it more and it showed. Both men gavet it their all but Rivers was the one who took it home. Good for you man.

Solace Tatum: I can’t say I’m thrilled with either of these women… individually, their actions have been abhorrent on our brand, but either way, the First Class Premier Champion will face off against Alessia Capello, a newcomer, who seems to have taken a liking to Robin Vengeance.. I say, corrupted her.

Jonny C: There is something I like about Capello. I can't quite put my finger on it but I respect her. Maybe it's the fact that she gives Curtis the business on a regular basis. Nova is the champ for a reason though. Capello has an uphill battle.

The lights in the arena fade down to nothing as teal, green, and pink spotlights race around the crowd. The screen lights up with the words 'NOVA SKYE' as "Inferno" hits the speakers. The stage area fills with smoke as the multicolored spotlights hit the top of the ramp, revealing a figure strolling through the mist. Nova struts out to the top of the ramp and strikes a pose, one hip jutted out, fist high in the air. She is wrapped up in a fluffy teal robe. Pink and teal pyros shoot off. She tosses off the robe, to reveal her new insulated tights, and long sleeve top, holographic and glittering under the lights. She flashes a grin at the crowd before making her way down the ramp, hips swaying. She hops up onto the ring apron, leaning back on the ropes and somersaulting backwards over them. She scampers over to the turnbuckle, posing once more before hopping down, bouncing lightly as she waits for the bell.

Solace Tatum: I don’t know much about this Left Hand business, but I’ve had experiences with nonsense like it… and I can tell you, if it goes too far at First Class, it will be dealt with accordingly.

Jonny C: Something tells me they don't care what you think of them. I also feel like they will be ready for you to "Deal" with them.

Capello walks out from the back in a cloud of blood red smoke wearing her usual Black singlet Blood red palm symbol over her Heart as she stops at the ramp raising her Left as she drinks in the crowds hate not caring about them in the least. She would take deep breaths clouds forming from the near freezing temperature before stomping to the ring rolling under the bottom rope and once again raising the Left before turning to face her opponent.

Ding Ding Ding

Solace Tatum: And this match is underway.

The Bell rings and Alessia is on Nova in an Instant. Tying up with her and tossing her to the ropes. Skye attempts to counter by springboarding off the second rope and backflipping over Capello but Capello catches her mid air and uses the momentum to drive her head into the mat with a German Suplex. She bridges for the pin but as the ref hits the mat to make the count she releases Skye.

Immediately back to her feet is Alessia as Nova lays there completely stunned. Capello taunts the crowd only to receive Boos and Jeers. Turning her attention back to Nova who has only made it to her knees. Capello walks towards Skye placing her foot in the back of Skyes head and driving it down to the mat again. Capello then turns to the crowd again, raising her arms in the air. Only to an even louder disapproval from them. She brushes the crowd off and turns around only to get caught in a headscissor takedown from the suddenly recovered Skye. The crowd pops but Alessia is quickly back to her feet. Skye and Capello tie up in the middle of the ring struggling to get the better of each other. The longer they stand their grappling with each other the more frustration begins to show on Alessia's face. She breaks the tie up and screams then steps forward and delivers a big boot directly to Skyes chest.

Solace Tatum: The Premier Women’s Champion takes a vicious boot right below her neck.

Jonny C: Cap is fired up and ready to do what needs to be done. She isn't scared of Skye at all.

Capello then drags Nova back to her feet and sends her back down to the mat with an arm drag then repeating the process two more times before placing her knee on the back of Nova's neck and locking in the Kimura submission. Unaware of her ring position when locking the submission in however as Skye reaches for the ropes and the ref forces Alessia to break the hold. Capello is quickly back on to Nova again after a brief argument with the ref in the corner. She drags her back to her feet and holds her wrist in one hand as she delivers a thunderous chop to Skyes chest, sending her to the ground. Then again repeating the process before whipping her to the corner. Skye grabs at her chest as big red welts immediately appear from the chops in the cold before receiving a running discus back elbow to her head and slumping down to the ground. Capello grabs Nova by the hair and pulls her back to her feet resting her in the corner and climbing to the middle rope then beginning to deliver a series of exaggerated punches to Nova's forehead as the crowd counts them in unison.

Solace Tatum: This could end up in a double count out, Jonny!

Jonny C: We would be robbed if that happens.

Nova blocks the sixth punch and delivers a blow of her own to the gut of Alessia and pushes her off the ropes and into her back in the center of the ring. Skye then begins to ascend the ropes not wanting to waste the opportunity but Alessia ruthlessly shakes the top rope causing Nova to slip and fall straddling the top ropes in the corner.

Solace Tatum: This is not where Nova wants to be…

Jonny C: Not at all. She is the champion though. She will find a way to fire back.

An evil smile takes shape on Capello's face as she begins to climb the ropes behind Nova. Alessia stands Nova back up on the top rope and carefully steps onto the ropes herself wrapping her arms around Nova's abdomen. From the top rope Capello German Suplexes Nova all the way down to the mat. Both women are stunned from the fall but Nova is noticeably stiff and unconscious. Capello crawls over to Skye and lays on top of her for the pin.

Solace Tatum: What!!!!! This is an upset!! Capello wins it! Capello goes to the second round on night two!!!

Jonny C: CAPELLO REMEMBER THIS MOMENT. You just pinned the champion. Well freaking done. Drink it in and enjoy it because you now have a target on your back.

Ding ding ding the bell rings and Capello climbs back to her feet and allows the ref to raise her arm in the air before ripping her wrist from the refs and turning towards the ramp and raising her Left Hand in the air on her own. Behind her medical staff slides into the ring to attend to the unconscious Skye.

Winner: Alessia Capello

Solace Tatum: What a night it has been, but now, we are at the main event…

Jonny C: This is the last match yes but everyone tonight except Curtis has given it their all. Everyone has earned my respect. I can't believe it but I had a blast watching the round one tonight.

“Boss It” by def rebel blares throughout the arena and out comes Denise DiMarco and Tali Zora from the back. To counter the cold winds, the pompous duo wear custom made fur coats, and turn around to point at the “Face of IIW” logo printed on the back in pink letters. They turn back around and strut down the ramp, pointing and blowing kisses to the crowd. Tali Zora gets up onto the apron and sits on the middle rope to make it easier for Denise Dimarco to get inside of the ring herself. Once inside of the ring, Denise poses and flaunts, removing her long fur coat to reveal her special full body attire for the tournament, specially designed by Gucci to keep her warm during her match.

Solace Tatum: Denise has proven to be a strong competitor, if only she could get her face out of that phone!

Jonny C: Denise cares far too much about what the fools on the internet think. That's the one thing I hate about her. Who cares about the internet that much?

The sound of strings is heard and then the song How Do You Sleep by John Lennon hits. Edda Wilcox comes walking out through the entrance way flanked by her manager Grimjack. Edda is wearing her battle jacket that has the initials IIW on the back amongst other patches of her favorite bands and sayings. Grimjack is wearing a large brown fur coat to help protect him from the cold temperatures and wind. Edda walks down the ramp slapping hands with the fans as Grimjack follows behind. She slides into the ring and bounces back and forth between the ropes getting used to them. She says a silent prayer to herself that no one can hear as before turning to face her opponent.

Solace Tatum: We’re about to get started here with the sound of the bell… Jonny, what do you think about these two… who has the advantage here tonight?

Jonny C: Both women here are strong workers and have proven they belong in this tournament. As much as I disagree with the way DiMarco lives, there is something about her. She always seems to find a way to win.

The bell sounds but neither woman is quick to rush into the fight as Denise rolls her eyes at the mere sight of Edda as she warms up in her corner. Wilcox is unphased by DiMarco's indifference, smiling at her and almost daring her to meet her in the center of the ring as she approaches it herself. Grimjack, covered up in his brown fur coat, fights through the freezing cold to applaud Edda while Denise turns to look at Tali Zora. The Face of IIW's assistant motions at Denise to engage, and reluctantly, she does so, meeting Edda in the center of the squared circle as the fans' cheers grow louder. The two women engage in a verbal exchange, their body language seemingly telling us that, while Edda is raring to go, Denise is completely unimpressed by her. It's only when a disingenuous smile forms on Denise's face, prefacing a retort by the social media star that forces Wilcox to respond with an open hand slap across DiMarco's face as the crowd gasp in unison.

Solace Tatum: Wow! That was the hardest slap I have ever seen!

Jonny C: There is no taste left in DiMarco's mouth.

We cut to Tali Zora's shocked, offended, appalled face, her eyes bulging out of their sockets, before cutting back to the ring as Denise and Edda exchange a flurry of forearm shots to each others' faces as the fans let out their loudest pop of the segment thus far. While Denise holds her own in the battle of forearms, Edda's speed and tenacity send her stumbling back against her corner as Wilcox smells blood in the water, staying on the offensive as she rushes after her opponent with a few extra forearms before switching things up with impactful kicks to Denise's mid-section. The referee interjects, beginning a count of five before pulling Edda away from Denise. Wilcox feigns ignorance, throwing her hands up, but this quick interjection from the referee is all Denise needed to swing the momentum in her favour, her hand whipping Edda's cheek with a slap that dazes the submission specialist.

Solace Tatum: Another vicious slap! This is more of a catfight than a wrestling match!

Jonny C: Denise was waiting to give a receipt for that earlier slap.

Having paid Edda back for the slap that started this, Denise runs her fingers through Edda's hair, gripping a handful of it before whipping her opponent across the ring, eliciting another gasp from the fans, impressed by DiMarco's strength that caused Edda to spin around like a beyblade before crashing down on the mat. As Tali attempts to earn extra points for being Denise's personal cheerleader, the self-proclaimed Face of IIW refuses to allow Edda a moment's reprieve, pulling her up by the hair once more before flinging her to the other side of the ring with yet another forceful Hair Whip, prompting audible boos from the fans for her repetitive offense. Denise sticks her hand up in the air, basically telling the fans to take up their complaints by talking to her hand. DiMarco isn't here to impress with her in-ring ability. She's here to take what she sees as her rightful place as the IIW's Ice Queen.

Solace Tatum: Dimarco is business here tonight, Jonny.

Jonny C: When it's time to shine she always shows up.

As Edda begins to pull herself back up to a vertical base, using the ropes to assist her ascent, Denise returns to her corner, sizing her opponent up while Tali Zora begins blurting out a DJ Khaled-esque motivational speech at ringside. Finally, as Edda begins to turn around, Denise sprints like a bull seeing red, but Wilcox, quickly and instinctively, drops down to the mat, tripping her opponent as DiMarco is unable to prevent gravity from sending her crashing face-first on the top turnbuckle. The audibly loud fans' jeers turn to cheers as Wilcox kips-up with beautiful elegance before leaping up, planting her left foot on the middle ropes, bouncing up before slamming her right foot against Denise's temple with an Enzuigiri that finally brings DiMarco down to the mat.

Solace Tatum: What a hit!

Jonny C: Wilcox made sure that DiMarco will be feeling that for days.

With both women down, Grimjack and Tali begin slamming their hands on the apron, attempting to will their respective partners up as the fans do the same. Edda is the first one up, but Denise sees this, willing herself back up to her feet, albeit too quickly as she's easily brought back down with an arm-drag for her troubles. Letting out a pained yell but refusing to stay down, Denise returns to her feet only to be brought back down with yet another arm-drag as Zora fights the urge to succumb to a heart attack at ringside as hopelessness takes over the illustrious Diamond brand.

Solace Tatum: I think reality is setting in here!

Jonny C: She is being out wrestled here tonight.

Dazed and confused, DiMarco plants her palms on the mat, fighting through the pain as she pushes herself up, but the struggle to rise is made easy when Edda locks in a side headlock on her opponent, pulling her up as a huge smile forms on her face. DiMarco attempts to wriggle herself into freedom, but Wilcox has other plans, executing her Sideburn Slaps as she strikes DiMarco's vulnerable skull several times. With Denise's legs beginning to give out, Edda releases the headlock, flipping her opponent before lifting her up for the Burning Hammer! Tali covers her aching chest with her hand as things look grim for her client, and just as Edda Wilcox begins to bring her opponent down in an effort to finish her off, out of nowhere, DiMarco manages to land on her feet with a show of athleticism before thrusting her foot in Edda Wilcox's direction, nearly taking her head off with a Superkick!

Solace Tatum: What a kick! Edda trains hard and that’s exactly why!

Jonny C: A pure desperation move from DiMarco but it shows she has fight left.

As Edda struggles to maintain her balance, doubling over, DiMarco releases the last bit of adrenaline left in her by rushing in, leaping up before bringing her leg crashing down for her signature #FameMaker Axe Kick!!! Wilcox is easily brought down to the mat, motionless as DiMarco quickly pushes her opponent to her back, hooking her legs for the first pinfall attempt of the match thus far…

Solace Tatum: That has GOT to be it!!

One...
Two...
Thr- kickout!

Solace Tatum: Not quite!

Jonny C: WOW. I thought that was it.

Grimjack pumps his fist in the air, cheering Wilcox on as the fans do the same while Denise's eyes widen out of pure shock. How in the hell did she kick out? DiMarco begins to slap the mat out of pure frustration, breathlessly arguing with the referee as Zora parrots whatever DiMarco has to say to the official. Despite her anger, Denise knows that attempting to use her Diamond Mind finishing maneuver now could prove to be a mistake. She'd already tried to wait for Edda to rise up to rush her in what turned out to be the turning point of the entire match. With little options left to her thanks to the shooting pain in her body, Denise decides to go upstairs, beginning her ascent to the top turnbuckle. Risky? Yes. Expected? No. Despite the crowd favoring Edda thus far, they cannot help but cheer for Denise DiMarco's plan to show off her athleticism while also catching Wilcox off-guard with a flashy, high-risk maneuver.

Solace Tatum: The crowd knows great athleticism when they see it, despite having mixed feelings about DiMarco!

Jonny C: A great match is a great match. It could change how you feel about someone in an Instant.

Wilcox finds herself on one knee, and while rising to her feet, noticing Grimjack pointing up at the top turnbuckle. She knows exactly where Denise is, but once again, feigns ignorance as she stumbles back up to her feet. Upon turning around to face Denise atop the corner, she quickly rolls away upon seeing her opponent take to the skies, clearing the way for DiMarco to crash and burn as she rolls to the center of the ring, painfully yelling out. It's now or never, and Edda would much prefer for it to be now as she quickly pulls DiMarco up, lifting her up once again before successfully planting her with the Burning Hammer!!! With another collective gasp from the crowd, Wilcox hooks the inside leg as the referee slides in for the count…

Solace Tatum: This has GOT to be it!!

One...
Two...

Jonny C: DiMarco gave it her all but it just wasn't enough. Her droves of fans will be hitting that unlike button a lot tonight that's for sure.

Solace Tatum: Edda Wilcox advances to the second round!!! What a first night this has been!!
